Shipping Rates

Free shipping is calculated per shipping partner:

• Food & Tea: Orders $50 or more
• Kitchenware & Tableware: Orders $250 or more

Orders below the threshold: $9-15 shipping fee per partner

Multiple Shipping Partners

We work with multiple premium partners to bring you the best products. When you order from multiple shipping partners, each partner ships independently, which may result in additional shipping fees regardless of your total order amount.

Your exact shipping cost will be displayed in your cart before checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard U.S. shipping: 3–8 business days

Shipping Locations

We ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states). We do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
• P.O. boxes (a physical address is required)
• APO/FPO addresses (varies by partner)
• International locations

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and seasonal volume may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, responsibility transfers to the customer. For additional details, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
